From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—especially Monica at reception, whose warmth and genuine helpfulness turned a good trip into a memorable one! The room was cosy, clean, and super comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long day exploring. Any little request (extra towels, pillows, you name it) was handled fast with a smile. Breakfast had a nice selection of fresh options, though it was a bit limited but still enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Hotel chosen because it is a short (10 min?) walk from a tube station serving Russell Sq in London. Newish hotel, large, clean, rooms. Comfy bed, wonderful shower. Staff polite, helpful, professional. My room (for wife & self) was only about £60/night, breakfast extra (did not have), parking extra - £12 for 24 hours. Location good for central London and Heathrow, and Hounslow itself has plenty to offer. Overall, excellent value for money. (Peter, 18 January 2025)
5* review for exceeding expectations. Stayed for work top floor single room and it was clean, well maintained and had everything you'd need. Quiet sleep and easy route into work. The restaurant while quiet midweek was a pleasant surprise. Had a curry and was expecting ping cuisine but it was genuinelly better than the some places you'd go out to of an eve. I thought I'd try the fish and chips the next night thinking surely they can't deliver on both dishes right? Wrong - another solid supper. Friendly staff, great price and great stay - will be back again.
I am an American woman traveling alone to the UK for the first time. Everything has been so stressful and hectic. Until I walked into the lobby of the Park Grand Heathrow. From the beginning the staff was kind and accommodating. Always greeting me with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay more enjoyable. The hotel is easy to navigate. My room was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Coffee, tea, complimentary water bottles. Housekeeping has done an amazing job and have been so fast with my requests. Last night I had an amazing dinner along with 2 big cold delicious tap beers from their in house bar. Very reasonably priced and the service was wonderful. If someone could just tell the weather to calm down that would be amazing but all in all, my stay has been nothing but positive.
I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Park Grand Heathrow. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean throughout my stay, and the bed was extremely cosy, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. A special mention goes to Monica at reception — she was absolutely amazing, warm, professional, and always happy to help. Her excellent service really made a difference to my stay. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the hotel. The room is so nice and just the right size for a family of 3. Spacious and clean, cozy and quiet - the perfect combination for a relaxing stay. The staff are very accommodating and friendly too. A definite recommended hotel near Heathrow Airport without the pricey tag.
